Drop off collection

You can only drop off and collect your pet during normal working hours unless pre arranged

Vaccinations

All dogs and cats need to be up to date with their vaccinations when boarding here.
The vaccination certificate you get from your vet needs to be completed and handed in when boarding and remain with us whilst your pet is staying with us. (it’s part of our licencing rules).
Kennel cough is highly contagious and can be caught anywhere your dog goes even the park. If you do want your dog to have the KC vaccine please make sure it is given at least 2 weeks before they are due in.
We will not accept a dog in board if the vaccine is given less than 2 weeks before the start of their boarding.
We will not be held responsible if your dog contracts the kennel cough virus.

Arrival/collection

Dogs need to come in wearing a suitable collar and lead with an id tag (this is the law).
Cats in a secure basket/carry case.
Each kennel/cattery is individually heated with a raised bedding area and we also supply warm cosy blankets.
You can bring in anything (within reason) to make your pet as comfortable as possible. Please remember that things get lost or chewed. Please remind us of what you brought in with your pet we are only human and we can forget.
Unless your pet is extremely fussy, no need to bring in feed or water bowls.
We are happy to administer medication to your pet. Please make sure this is labelled up with the correct instructions of how and when it is to be given.

Food

We supply the food at no extra cost.
For your dog’s we have a good quality dry complete food and we also supply a variety of tinned food.
For cat’s we have Felix or Whiskas pouches and a good quality dry food.
You can bring in your own food if you wish if your pet is on a special diet.
Please make sure that you tell us or supply a measuring cup of the amount your pet needs.
You may find your pet drops a bit of weight whilst on their stay.
You can be assured that your pet will receive the correct amount of food daily, we do not feed them titbits (or scraps from our plates). They may also lose weight due to stress if they are not used to being away from you. If you are concerned please speak to us.
Please do not over feed your pet just before they come in to board thinking that they won’t eat at all during their stay. It just gives them an upset tummy and a not so nice mess for us to clear up.

Deposits/Payments

Please do not feel offended if you are asked to leave a deposit if you have not been asked in the past.
A 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable
This can be transferred to a future booking if at least 7 days notice is given
The balance can be paid on drop off by bank transfer/card/cheque/cash or on collection by card or cash only
Full boarding fees are still due if you decide to collect your pet before the booked date of departure
